I will guide you through the entire purchase process - from the first communication, through project offers according to your preferences, I will communicate with the developer on your behalf, together we will find the best apartment in the building, I will arrange the apartment reservation and the first payment, and I will inform you about alternatives for making payments. I will discuss the purchase contract with you and act as an intermediary between you and the developer in case of your questions or requests. You will experience all this without the need to visit Dubai, online and in Slovak.
Apartment Handover
I will be with you during the apartment handover, we will address any deficiencies or defects together, and I will assist with the subsequent documentation. The apartment handover takes place in person in Dubai; it is also possible to authorize a broker, but if possible, I recommend attending.
Broker Service Fees
And how much do my services cost? For you, 0 €, the broker is paid a commission by the developer, so for you, it is only benefits. Dubai has a unified pricing policy, meaning the same price regardless of which broker you buy the apartment through. Buying directly from the developer is very unusual and often impossible in Dubai, as it is not adapted to an individual client approach and also does not affect the price.
