No shell apartments
In Dubai, apartments are delivered with floors (tiles), doors, lighting, a complete kitchen including large appliances, a complete bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and white walls as the standard. So you only need to buy a bed, sofa, table, chairs, and a TV. Furnishing is very simple, and there is no need to travel to Dubai for this; we will handle everything quickly and cheaply for you. Furniture prices are similar to those at home, and if desired, we can also arrange a designer and furnish the apartment to a premium standard.
Some developers deliver apartments fully furnished with furniture and often with a Smart system.
Each apartment includes at least 1 parking space in the price.
What you will find in common areas
Individual projects differ in the range of services, but the absolute basics in Dubai are a pool with a lifeguard, a children's pool, a playground, a fitness center, and a 24/7 reception. However, it is quite common to find saunas, yoga rooms, outdoor cinemas, furnished game rooms, lounges, co-working spaces, various types of courts and running tracks, water attractions, artificial beaches, bars... there is more and more. The developer Ellington offers the widest range of these services - amenities.
These services are still managed by the developer who built the project, and you pay for them once a year. The price is usually around 15 AED/sqft/year, which for a studio amounts to approximately €1,000/year.
Community living
Dubai is building so-called communities - neighborhoods where residents find everything they need and have no reason to go elsewhere for services. First, highways, roads, and the entire infrastructure are built. Then the land is divided into smaller plots where individual developers build. Communities always have enough shopping centers, stores, schools, hospitals, restaurants, service businesses like laundries, beauty salons, barbers, ATMs... basically everything necessary.
New locations are built according to modern global standards, with sidewalks for pedestrians, parks, and a large amount of greenery.
Safety
Dubai is one of the safest cities in the world. Cameras are everywhere: on the streets, in common areas, in shopping centers, which results in crime being almost zero.
You cannot just visit residential buildings. Each building has a 24/7 reception where you must show your passport and state the reason for entry. People feel so safe here that they do not lock their apartments or cars, leave personal belongings unattended, and walk the streets of Dubai at night without worry.
