In the Real Estate section you will find specific offers, but since there are currently hundreds of projects offered in Dubai, it is not possible to have them all on the site. Therefore, it is necessary to contact a broker.

Do not choose a project yourself from the website or offers on WhatsApp. You need to talk to an experienced broker who will tell you about the project also what you won’t find in the brochure, for example:

• negatives of the project and location
• comparison with other projects
• developer’s reputation, etc.

Contact me and we will arrange the first call. During it, you will tell me your preferences, which project interested you and why, how much you plan to invest and in what timeframe.

I will tell you about financing options for projects, installment schedules, differences in investing in Dubai and elsewhere in the world, etc.

Based on the information from the call, I will prepare 3 different offers for you.

I will present the offers to you via video call. We will share maps, brochures, talk in detail about the project, I will show you how much a similar apartment currently earns in the given location. There will be room for your questions, and of course more people can join. Afterwards, I will send you all the documents so you can review them calmly again.

It is also possible to arrange a personal meeting in Slovakia or Dubai.

Once we select the project, I will check the current availability with the developer and we can proceed to select the specific apartment.

Together we will look at floor plans, floors, views, location in the building, and choose the best one.

Then it is necessary to pay a reservation fee to the developer, the amount varies, approximately a few thousand Euros. For the purchase, you need a passport, provide email and address.

The first payment for the apartment is usually 20% of the property value and it is not paid to the developer but to an ESCROW account, which is similar to a notary escrow. The developer builds with their own money.

You will receive the purchase contract, as well as all other documents electronically, there is no need to travel to Dubai.

You continue repaying the property according to the pre-agreed payment plan until the handover date, when it is usually necessary to pay the remaining amount.

But we also have projects where you can repay even 3 - 4 years after handover, when you can already use or rent the apartment.
