About the project
The Meriva Collection is a residential project located on Island B in the Dubai Islands area. In the first phase, it consists of 6 buildings ranging from G+2 to G+20 in height and offers a total of 903 residential units. The layouts include 1- to 4-bedroom apartments.
The project is designed as a low-density seaside community with direct access to a private beach. Most apartments have a direct sea view. The concept connects residential living with a location directly on the coast of the Arabian Gulf.
The project also includes the Signature Collection, consisting of 11 penthouses with an area of approximately 5,600 – 7,100 sq.ft in 3 and 5 bedroom configurations. These units feature private pools, rooftop fitness areas, and premium materials and equipment.
The complex also houses an Ellington brand hotel, operated by an international hotel operator. Residents thus have access to hotel services and facilities.
The project is offered in a limited number of units and is among the residential developments in the first line by the sea on Dubai Islands.
